An excellent page of very clear animated fishing knots. The animations can be viewed in ‘real-time’ or slow speed, and can be viewed one step at a time.
The linked page is aimed at fly-fishermen but most of the knots are also the mainstays of saltwater fishing.
There is also a link to an Iphone App which shows the same knot, but be warned if the app or Iphone is activated within 100 m of a river or stream, the Iphone will self destruct.
